Francisco J. Farach

Francisco “Paco” Farach is President of Farach Consultants, Inc., a management consulting firm he founded in 1992. He has guided and assisted owners, contractors, subcontractors and their lawyers through construction issues and disputes. Paco has testified in arbitration and court proceedings. He has extensive experience as a subcontractor, holds a master electrical contractor’s license in Florida, and has a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech.

Paco conducts practical, educational seminars for contractors addressing the challenges of construction management, with emphasis on proper documentation and effective communication to reduce risk and avoid disputes. He is the author of the educational newsletter “Lessons Learned – Tidbits of Wisdom for the Construction Industry” in which he shares valuable lessons from his long experience in the industry.
