Kathy Boltz Phillips

Kathy is a master of creative painting in brilliant watercolors, and an educator/instructor in watercolor techniques. She has been a working and teaching artist for over 40 years and has also written, illustrated, and published two children's books; The Day the Electricity Went Out and Frederick Xcalibur.

As an entrepreneur, Kathy owns and operates LeisureTimeArt LLC and has traveled extensively teaching and promoting her artwork and books at major fine art fair venues across the USA. Originally from Johnstown, PA, Kathy resides today in West Bloomfield, Michigan. She continues her life's work and passion with many new watercolor creations, and a third children's book in development at this time.
