Alisha Sevigny

Alisha Sevigny is the award-winning author of GIVE ME A SNICKLE!, as well as the award-nominated SECRETS OF THE SANDS adventure series (THE LOST SCROLL OF THE PHYSICIAN, THE DESERT PRINCE, THE ORACLE OF AVARIS). She holds a degree in Sociology and Professional Writing from the University of Victoria, is a film school graduate, former literary agent, and freelance editor.

Alisha was inspired to write her first Young Adult novel, KISSING FROGS, on a trip to Panama, where she fell in love with their national emblem, the Golden Frog. Her second book, SUMMER CONSTELLATIONS, about one woman's fight to save her family campground while trying not to fall for the land developer's son, was a CCBC Best Books for Kids and Teens pick and one of three finalists for the NERFA* award in North America (*National Excellence in Romance Fiction Award).

She currently lives in the Cayman Islands with her family.
