Fiona Dent

Fiona Elsa Dent was born in Forfar, Scotland and moved to England after College to start a career as a Management Trainer. She held several trainer roles before joining Ashridge Business School in 1989 as a faculty member. Fiona still teaches, consults and writes for Ashridge and for other clients. She has written 11 books and is currently working on her twelfth with her co author Mike Brent. Her particular interests are in helping people to build good quality working relationships and getting the most from their career and business life.
