Donald Mitchell Jr

Donald "DJ" Mitchell, Jr. (PhD, University of Minnesota - Twin Cities) is professor of education at Bellarmine University. His research and scholarship focus on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education contexts, primarily using qualitative methodology. More specifically, his work theoretically and empirically explores race, gender, identity intersections, and intersectionality within higher education contexts.
