K. R. Eckert

K.R. Eckert is the author of the History Hunters series of Thrillers and more recently the Q.A. Caine Mysteries. His most recent History Hunters Novel, The Spider and the Eye, was published in Spring, 2025, and his new Caine Mystery, The Bookseller's Deception, was published in February, 2026.

Prior to writing full time K. R. owned a successful second hand book business in Reading, Pennsylvania.

He is an avid student of history and politics and a rabid fan of classic crime fiction and Philadelphia Phillies Baseball. He resides with lots of books in South Central Pennsylvania, near enough to Gettysburg to explain its recurring appearances in his fiction.
