Gerald Brokaw

GERALD BROKAW is Senior Vice-President of the Commonwealth Center for High Performance Organizations, Inc (CCHPO). He is the designer and facilitator for CCHPO's Project Management Curriculum, for the HPO Organizational Diagnostic/Change Model and a variety of implementation processes and workshops. He has also been an adjunct faculty member at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's Federal Executive Institute and the Naval Sea Systems Command Project Management College, and has been a guest lecturer for the Federal Quality Institute, Naval Medical Quality Institute, and the University of Maine. Gerry believes organizations can be better.... a lot better. He has dedicated over 30 years working with managers and employees in hundreds of organizations from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in all sectors including Federal, State and Local, private and publicly held and non-profits. He has authored numerous articles and blogs and won several medals and awards for organizational improvement. When not building high performance organizations, he likes high performance cars and motorcycles.
