Beautiful People: Long Life

Do people live longer due to life lubricants of many supplements promoted by sycophant carnival barkers selling snake oil? It is true that people at the present time on the average are living a few years longer. However, it can be said that the Breath of Life decides a person’s life span. Anything else is a one-way ticket to Pluto.

According to scripture people used to live hundreds of years. For example, it is recorded that Methuselah lived 969 years and then he died. Others lived 700 or 800 years. All this happened before the flood of Noah when people were an endless loop of blather.

Here is the story. It is best to start from the beginning. This will help to understand the surprising ending to the question of how to have a long life. The Divine created the body of humans from the earth. This was only the start. The life of the body happened when the Creator breathed His Spirit into the body of humans.

“Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.” Genesis 2:7.

Next, fast forward many centuries until after the flood of Noah. Then it was revealed that the Lord’s Spirit would animate humans to not much longer than 70 to 80 years.

“Our days may come to seventy years, or eighty, if our strength endures; yet the best of them are but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away.” Psalms 90:10

The leader Nehemiah then revealed that the joy of the Lord is strength. The Lord was joyous to return the Jews from their captivity. The people were invited to be happy with Him as His Joy was their strength.

“Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” Nehemiah 8:9.

This is further amplified in that joy is a result of the Spirit of the Divine in a person.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things, there is no law.” Galatians 5:22

Once more when the Creator sends His Spirit all creatures are made and die when He takes back their spirit.

“Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. When you hide your face, they are terrified; when you take away their breath, they die and return to the dust. When you send your Spirit, they are created, and you renew the face of the ground.” Eccl 12:7, Ps 104:29-30

It gets even worse. Attitudes, like envy or covetousness, shortens the life that people are promised.

“A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones.” Proverbs .14:30; 3:7-8

What all this means is the Lord’s Spirit animates a person’s body until it is time for a person to leave and return. A person can live longer because of a joyful heart satisfied with what has been given or if more time is needed for a person to complete their love service and heart repair.

This further means that life is more than dust. It is spiritual and the Creator feels everything a person does feel. Empathy is unbounded. Life and death are in the hands of the Giver who offered it in the first place.

People can shorten some or extend the length of their life by their heart attitudes, but ultimately the Creator calls us back when He is ready because it is by His Spirit that people live and return to Him and the body of earth returns to earth.

Far more than supplements extending a person’s life are the attitudes of a person which produces health and blessing. The best way for a person to improve their attitude is by communicating with the Divine daily in confession, petition, honesty, transparency, and thanksgiving.

An honest heart-communication with the Divine is life in its entire splendor. A person’s life is more than what they put into their stomachs. Mostly it is what they put into their hearts. The issues of life are more in the heart than in the stomach. Heart repair is for the asking. Jesus is waiting to hear from anyone, especially Christians.

Beautiful People: Spirit of Mathematics

Is mathematics really the highest form of language? Since math is a description of the activities of nature with nature’s precision, it would seem so. The word mathematics means to study, learning, or knowledge, but there is no math definition that is accepted. Mathematicians look for patterns in nature and make conjectures that still need proof. They study quantity, space, structure, and change regarding nature designed by the Creator. Because it is always improving, mathematics is always uncertain because mathematicians don’t know yet what they don’t know.

Since God can speak things into existence and speak their undoing, this makes spirit communication a higher form of language. Mathematicians are gifted people. Spiritualists are also gifted people. Either can contribute to the well-being or harm of people. Except for God, saying it and doing it are not the same. The proof is in the result of experience.

So how does this all help us to be beautiful people? Mathematicians can find and create things that improve physical life. Spiritualists can find and create ways to relate to the Creator whose creation or nature we are. It seems like a good thing to understand our Divine Parent and intuit new ways to respect Him and have His respect.

The physical is important because it copies in many ways the spiritual, which is the ultimate proving ground of relationships, our most fundamental fact of existence. Mathematicians know something about how things work. Spiritualists know something about why they work, which is even more important.

How do you become spiritual? To sound simplistic, spiritual is prayer. It is the highest form of communication. It transcends the physics of sound. It is thought communication that embraces intuition. It is a process of mind and emotions. Scripture says the Divine is Spirit. So, His language would be spiritual communication. We could say then that His communication sharing channel is prayer, thought, emotion, intuition, personal, and observation.

Mathematics is the highest form of earthly physical language. However, since it was created by the Spiritual, it must be subservient to Spirit language, the highest language of all. To live beautifully we can learn to speak the spiritual language in our actions by practicing RCA. We can live better than the language of mathematics. We are invited to try it before we dice it.

Righteousness of Jesus is accepted for us, not our own.

Commit fully to love the Divine.

Aided by daily prayer, ask for shepherding, and blessing.

Beautiful People: Full Personality

Do you make many mistakes in life? A partial, immature personality is dysfunctional. Could this be the reason for so many mistakes in life? Our existence is short enough. Misery is profound when trying to live an adult life lacking a full personality. A full personality can tell the time of day without being a watchmaker who knows how a watch works.

1 Thessalonians 5:23 “May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Hebrews 4:12 “For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.”

A full personality is Spirit(s) with a soul, and a soul with a body, and a body with an environment.

The matter is the seat of the body. The body is the seat of the soul. The soul is the seat of the spirit. By the physical body, a person communicates with the surrounding physical world through sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch. By the soul, a person communicates with people through feelings and reason. By the spirit, a person communicates with God through faith, hope and love. By the Spirit of the Divine, people share God’s thoughts and feelings.

Luke 23:46 “Jesus called out with a loud voice, "Father, into your hands I commit my Spirit." When he had said this, He breathed His last.”

Genesis 2:17 Said the Divine, “but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”

John 8:44 Said Jesus, “You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.”

Adam and Eve spiritually died the day they ate of the forbidden fruit. Their spirit relationship with God was lacking from that very day. Their personalities were dysfunctional. The spirit of satan moved into their personalities. Their physical death came many years later.

The Divine is like the watchmaker who knows how a watch works. A human being, like a watch, is fearfully and wonderfully made, but now broke and dysfunctional. Being right twice a day is not enough.

1Corinthians 6:16 “Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in the body? For it is said, "The two will become one flesh."

When the Spirit of the Divine moves into our being, a full personality, people share God’s thoughts and feelings. You can have a full personality. Your choice. Make it right this time. Going once, going twice, no more, gone.

Beautiful People: Images

Do you like how you look, your self-image? Most likely not. Many people want something different, better here, and less there. What is image and its importance? Image is how we choose to communicate love.

Genesis 1:26-27 Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our Image, in our Likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and overall the creatures that move along the ground. So, God created mankind in His own Image, in the Image of God He created them; male and female He created them.”

Men and women are a kind each different in thoughts, feelings, and bodies. These differences are the extensions of their spirit to choose how to share love just like God the Father, Son, and Spirit Each share love with each Other. Christians can now share with The Triune God in this Spiritual, telepathic, empathic, Love share.

I Corinthians 6:17, "But he who is joined to the Lord is One Spirit with Him.”

Nature today in this fallen world is acting in self-defense by selectively choosing and repairing itself for the best chance of survival within each of the many kinds of animals and kinds of people, Asians, Africans, and Europeans.

A world of living plants and animals with each kind having its own image was created for the shared experience of mankind to rule over them just as the Image of God Himself does who also rules over all creation. God and people are of the same Image kind and share the same Divine Spirit. It is just for now that humankind is fallen and in need of repair. This promise of the restoration of the human image to its original and beyond is a process both present and future.

The image of people is to rule over this planet and even more important to communicate love to the Divine by means of His Spirit given once more to people. This Spirit infusion began on the day of Pentecost following the resurrection of Jesus. Love the Divine with all you got will make you more beautiful than ever. The more individuals share the Love with the Divine the more their self-image beautifies approaching the unique image they were created to be. Love Her or lose Him and never to Love again.

Beautiful People: Truth is Flexible

What is your truth? Do you make your truth everyone’s truth? Where is love in that? There is scripture truth, Divine truth, yours, and others' truth. Somewhere along this spectrum is each person’s truth. Does it matter or is this just an intellectual exercise? It matters if anything matters.

For example, the Old Testament Covenant based on the works of the 10 Divine Conduct Commandments were not the last word on behavior, but a flexible Truth for people in the process. When Jesus came, He fulfilled this Divine Conduct and moved righteousness along to the next stage in the process of restoring again people to a new and better relationship with the Divine. This 10 Commandment was a cease and desist Letter to the Jews to behave better, stop extreme immorality, and not begin it again. They were sued by the Divine to practice the payment of sacrifice to teach them about their failures in the regular human relationship with the Divine.

The Apostle Peter had to learn in the Church that truth is flexible regarding discrimination. The Truth is that discrimination is no longer needed and in fact, it was now invalid. Jews and Gentiles who have Faith must fellowship. This shocked Peter and took a major intervention to convince him. This was not the first time Jesus upended Peter’s life view.

The Apostle Paul said that the truth about many things is flexible. It depends on the degree of maturity. Some people believe every day is the Lord’s Day. Others believe it is Sunday. Still, others believe it is Saturday. Never mind, just go along with the weaker brother. All things are lawful, but not all things are expedient. This sounds like love. Lying is wrong for some people but expedient for others. What is expedience here? Expedience is anything fit and suitable to be love.

The LGBT community today is experiencing discrimination in faith fellowship by the Church. Romans chapter one explains why homosexuality happens to people. It says that when people are very weak and disrespectful in their relationship with the Divine, then the Divine allows the homosexual desires already in the heart to rise and overcome some people beyond their choice, even Christians. It is His attention-getting device to how much He hates weak relationships.

Discrimination today by Church’s, colleges, and universities is done because they must answer to their base financial support. Discrimination is necessary for them to conform to their support base. They will say it is scriptural. Yes, discrimination here is survival.

Everyone is righteous who lives by Faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior. Everyone who lives by Faith in Jesus has fellowship rights in the Church, but Faith may not be expedient in some instances for the greater good. For homosexuals, the greater good of love would be for homosexuals to respect the weaker faith of those entities that cannot see past the end of their bank balance from the financial support of their base. Flexible Love applies to everyone regarding their maturity and immaturity. Forced love is coercion and not the Divine way.

Shameful lusts, sinful desires, and depraved minds are natural in humans at birth. They are allowed by the Divine to overcome people who do not respect Him, and in fact, dishonor Him. The human heart and mind are naturally corrupt and will overcome a person who dishonors the Divine. It is caused by the sin infection that happened in the beginning. This is another communique from the Divine to cease and desist with His suing payment from being overcome by some natural desire. The Apostle Paul had one that he called a thorn in his side. Jesus told Paul that Grace was still sufficient for him.

For some Christians, their Faith is defined in negatives. Among these negatives of Faith, would be no tobacco, no drinking, no premarital sex, and no homosexuality. Now a new negative is on the horizon. It is social distancing and wearing masks for the coronavirus. This is expedient and safe, but also people are going back to work and social gatherings anyway. This is more death, but staying home too long is mental health problems and more death also. We must adjust and be expedient. Love or the greater good may be the only way for some people to learn to respect authority. Yes, less some people but more quality in the remaining. Why else do we have the death penalty?

The ultimate Truth is the Divine View. Jesus said that He is the Truth, The Way, and The Life. The ultimate Truth is Faith, Hope, and Love. These three will continue forever, even past the apocalypse. In this scenario, all things are lawful, but not all are expedient. Sometimes conscience lags individual truth and must be adjusted. Christian Truth complicated things, but also in many ways clarified it.

Faith is righteousness. Should people of Faith be disfellowshipped if they drink, indulge tobacco, live together, practice homosexuality, gluttony? It depends on who, when, where, what, why, and how. The Church must remember that Christians are not saved by Works of Faith but by a Faith that Works. Respect Faith always and try to stop judging is the Christian Way.

We are living in the 21st century, not the 1stcentury. Even so, Faith remains for all centuries. The challenge is to define and understand Faith today for this century of time and place. Yes, the truth is flexible but is also constant as God is God, and Jesus is Lord. The greater good cannot justify expedience to destroy those whose Faith is weaker. Love, Faith, Hope are constant and everything. Beautiful People have flexible Truth. What is the greater good is their main question? Not always an easy question to answer.

Beautiful People: Gifts Galore

Are you gifted? Yes, way more than you might believe. The five physical senses of taste, touch, sight, hearing, smell, body, soul, spirit, plus many more are gifts. The problem with gifts is they cannot be controlled without Spiritual help. Gifts once experienced begin a slow but steady craving that progresses to uncontrolled consumption without Spirit intervention.

Gifts are an investment of the Divine. The Holy One is an investor who says that He expects a return on His investment. The most important investments are the gifts of love service given to those who are members of His Church. There is a promised reward to Church members who use their gift for the benefit of others in the Church. There are also demerits for failure.

More of these Spirit gifts in the Church are messages of wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miraculous powers, prophecy, identification of spirits, languages, and their interpretation. But only love counts forever. Love is everything. Make every action one of love service so it will count and be rewarded. Turn every strong desire into a prayer. This prayer of love action to help with it will then arrive. This prayer will turn an ever-increasing minus into a positive, or at least a runaway desire under control.

Marriage is also a gift, but who should avail themselves of it? First, marriage is based on a serious foundational relationship in a big way where each takes the other as a colleague, not as a pet, or trophy. The gift of a good marriage cannot be based on anything less. Only accept the gift of marriage when each person is an equal colleague. Marriage is hard enough without going into it already crippled by an unbalanced relationship of superiority and inferiority.

Beautiful People: Resurrection Day

Is there something strange about Sunday? The day is still, quiet, relaxing, the first day of the week, a holy day for some people. Jesus arose toward the dawn of Sunday. If Saturday was the old covenant day of sabbath works remembrance, Sunday is the new covenant day of faith remembrance. This is a big day of fulfillment from old to new, just as the present new covenant of faith will have its fulfillment in the resurrection day of sight fulfillment when the whole of creation will be made new wherein righteousness dwells. All people of sight will be beautiful.

All people of sabbath work on Friday evening until Saturday evening passed into the life of faith on Sundays and will pass into the life of sight on resurrection day. This is a cosmic progression. Beautiful people, in the beginning, fell into ugly love loss. The prescription for renewal began with the 10 commandments and progressed to Jesus with the beginning of love renewal. This progression continues until all people who chose to be beautiful again in love renewal will be beautiful once more. The progression of life is from love, to love loss, to works, to faith, to sight, then to love regained.

What is the purpose of the Divine Commandments? In the beginning, He started to establish His authority by warning people against eating the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Why even place such a tree in the presence of people? The Divine put it there to establish with people a love relationship with Himself, which is based on choice. People in a relationship with Him is based only on choosing His will over their own will. The antagonist satan can stress this choice with alternative choices.

The greatest love is based on travail, not easy responses. It is often true that people will make the right choice, but only after they have tried all the other wrong choices. The value of love relationships is based on struggle. Jesus prayed His way through this love conflict and was strengthened to win. By prayer, Jesus won. So, turn every desire into a prayer.

How do people win in their fight for love and life? Fight sin and sin always wins. The 10 commandments show the Divine to be a harsh Critic of unloving behavior. The Commandments make people much aware of the glaring nature of any violation of a love choice as outlined in these rules of conduct. These violations are sin inspired. People cannot fight sin and win on their own. Prayer alone changes things. The 10 rules of Divine Conduct make people alone more rebellious because obedience is impossible without Divine help. Turn every desire into a prayer.

Again, the message of a love relationship with the Divine is not our will but His will be done by prayer with His help. Love relationships are based on a dual struggle. People must fight together against the common enemy. People cannot win against satan and keep love on their own power. It was this way in the beginning, and it is this way now today. Nothing has changed. This is the lesson of the ages. Love must be won. Yes, it is given but it cannot be kept without a struggle. This fight makes love relationships very meaningful.

Beautiful People: Two Pied Pipers

Are you attracted to evil? Of course, people are attracted to evil just as Adam and Eve were attracted to evil. Otherwise, we would not do what is bad for us and others. We see rewards in both good and evil. Both behaviors pull on us. We see a payout, a compensation reward. Evil is all about the Divine, to obey or not to obey. Either choice is rewarding, but not the same. In fact, disobedience can have temporarily greater rewards, but obedience is much greater in the long run. The decision is based on both rewards and whom do you love the most.

The question of the day is good behavior and evil behavior a choice or are they given? Do we really have a choice? Original sin complicated things and makes people face two pied pipers. The knowledge and reward of what is good come from our experience with good behavior. The knowledge and reward of what is evil come from our experience with evil behavior. The temptation is the attraction to either one.

People must deal with two Pied Pipers. First is Jesus who is charismatic. He offers strong enticements of reunion with our Creator and each other based on love rewards in the present and future. The second is satan who offers strong promises of self-rewards. These self-centered, but fleeting rewards, are earthly pride, pleasure, possessions, and future self-status. The rewards of evil are never enough, always lacking. There is only what you can take. Hell is the totality of the self. Heaven is the totality of Love. The rewards of good are more than enough, always plenty and overflowing. Our experience with Heaven and Hell rewards begin with our life on earth and are completed in the future.

Much mystery remains about these two states of future existence. Enough information is provided by both the Divine and satan for people to make a choice of which they want to follow. The weeping, gnashing of teeth, and pleading is mentioned regarding those who missed or ignored their chance to choose Love. Unless Heaven is chosen, the default choice is hell experiences.

It is remarkable that Jesus in His Love nature advised His enemies to make friends for themselves by the means of unrighteous mammon so that when it fails, they may be received into the eternal habitations. This suggests in the kingdom of evil there are states of membership, and there are some principles, as pickpockets do not steal from each other, among God’s enemies that continue after the death of the body. Who could care less about the best interest of evil people? Jesus could. He is Love.

There is also a saying that there is no honor among thieves, as thieves will rat out other thieves for leniency. This lack of honor is also shown in the hegemony and brinkmanship among nations of the world, all of whom inhabit the same small planet. Nation’s loyalty is based only on common interests, not friendship. Jesus seems to say the worst part of hell is fence-straddling people who attempt to choose neither of the pied pipers. Jesus wants people to be either hot or cold.

At present both kingdoms abhor and suffer the presence of the other. Scripture talks about the sufferings of Christ by His followers, the whole of present creation groaning in travail, and the persecution of satan upon the followers of Jesus.

Beautiful People: Moonlit Sky to Kindly Dawn to Beautiful Day!

What kind of day do you wake up too? Many people wish they could wake up with a smile rather than a scowl. How long has it been? Can we even remember? As a moonlit night sky promises kindly dawn, this promises a beautiful day. What then happens? It all depends on the quality of our primary love relationship. If yesterday was love, then today will also be love. If yesterday was hate-filled, today will also be hate-filled. If it was a worry, stress, annoyance, regret, depression, then today the same. Day follows day. Repair the day, fixes tomorrow. To love our days, we must receive Love, and live by it, treasure it.

Yes, easy to say, but how? People have a favorite book, food, drink, friends, all of whom make us feel good. People have awful experiences that make us feel so bad. Find the best and experience the best. Yes, of course, love makes us feel good. The greatest love should make us feel the greatest.

Can love ever be found? Yes, seek, knock, find, commit. The greatest Love is forever, extreme, kind, rich, strong, beautiful, open, giving, hearing, supporting, and respectful. Make a commitment to the foundation of a love of each day and every day will be love-filled. Human life is all about love loss and love renewed regarding our primary relationship with the Divine.

Each day millions of people experience decreasing positives and increasing negatives. If there is an opportunity, find love while it can be found, and hold on to it for dear life. There are three main gifts in life, Faith, Hope, and Love to be received by choice. They are lifelong but only if they are received when offered. Continuous refusal negates the offering and only ashes remain. Even those ashes blow away with the winds of life.

Crying, begging, wailing will not bring the offering of Love back as the offering is fresh only for a while. Regret and remorse turn into hate which turns to stone. New wine is for fresh wineskins. This Love died publicly on a cross and publicly rose to once more give people a choice. It makes your eyes tear up, your knees weak and humbles you to the floor. Is the Spirit calling.? All Christians are supporting you. What is your choice? Are you poor? Choose Love and you will become rich, really rich!

Beautiful People: All for All

For whom do we live? It is for us, or it is for others? There is no congressional medal of honor for those who served themselves, but this honor medal is for those who risked or even sacrificed their lives for their friends. Psychiatry is a service to help those whose life has been turned upside down, from outside to inside, from altruism to narcissism. Christianity is based on service to others, the community; it is all about others. If it sounds like Christianity, it is. Christianity is all for all.

Christians come by it honestly. The Divine is totally focused outward. He gives, sustains, manages His community. There are no shadows from any impediments in His Personhood of total complete Light. The Divine is all of Him for all His people. He sustains everyone and makes everyone able to serve each other in some way with His gifts to them. Everyone is important and so no narcissistic personalities in this community.

“Every good and perfect gift comes down from the Father who created all the lights in the heavens. He is always the same and never makes dark shadows by changing.” James 1:17

Every gift, desire, appetite from the Divine is for people to serve both their own personhood and their personal relationships.

“But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.” 1Corinthians 9:27

Once this intention of love service to others is violated, all the problems of people begin to appear. People are to live together, for each other, by each other. People wanting to be an island unto themselves is a dream that soon comes to a disturbance to a nightmare. It all begins and ends with total love commitment for the Divine. It is the greatest achievement in life or the worst failure beyond imagination.

Beautiful People: Shadows in the Light

Do you hide from the Light? It’s a normal response when humans like Adam and Eve were less than perfect.

“Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the LORD God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the LORD God among the trees of the garden.” Genesis 3:8

It is painful to be in the presence of others who are or perceived to be better than ourselves. It causes guilt and shame to arise. Since the first humans experienced this, many others have had similar feelings when their lack of beauty is exposed. Clothing is used to hide this physical exposure. But clothing only goes so far. People in Jesus day either hated Him or bowed before Him because of the perceived beauty of the Soul of Jesus.

“When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus' knees and said, "Go away from me, Lord; I am a sinful man!" Luke 5:8

“Then Jesus said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” So, he stretched it out, and it was restored to full use, just like the other. But the Pharisees went out and conspired to kill Jesus.” Matthew 12:13-14

Just as the beautiful Light of Jesus was loved or hated by humans in His day, so His beautiful followers are treated the same. Forgiven people no longer are ashamed or feel guilty and hide like a shadow in the presence of a Soul of Light. If a person is forgiven by Jesus, they also need to forgive themselves. Otherwise, they are wasting and disrespecting the sacrificial Blood of atonement.

“You will be hated by everyone because of Me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.” Matthew 10:22

The Church, however, does not do itself any favors when it resists authorities and becomes abusive in the Name of the Holy. Love is the way, not coercion, hegemony, or brinkmanship which dims the effectiveness of the Light causing shadows to reappear. A good self-image, based on love service relationships, removes the shadows in our lives.
