It is young adult fiction suitable for teens and adults.

Through the course of their interactions, an intense week of discovery not only changes the young man’s life, but also helps the Veteran come to terms with his past.
Vivid Shades of Black and White – A collection of stories.
Todd grew up in upstate New York and fell in love with writing and storytelling at a young age. The entire process has always fascinated him – research, writing, re-writing, editing – as all of it is so important to creating a successful novel. He works diligently to create a finished product that’s true to his vision as a storyteller. His writing is focused in two categories - Young Adult Fiction and Crime Fiction.
After high school, he moved to Los Angeles and worked as a musician and songwriter for many years. During this time, he had a number of different day jobs to pay the rent. The only constant was his study of storytelling in the form of song, short story, novella, and novel.
In the years following, he married, was blessed with two beautiful children (one is an adult, the other a teenager), divorced, and continued to make ends meet doing various occupations as music and writing remained constant passions, which took up most of his time. He spent some years in Nashville performing hundreds of shows on the songwriting circuit. Though he loves music, the study of songwriting led him to the love of storytelling in longer form, especially novels. Today, he is a novel writer, though occasionally sidetracked with a story of shorter length.
His influences include Theodore Geisel, Cormac McCarthy, Elmore Leonard, Trevanian, and Edgar Allan Poe, to name a few. But his writing style is completely his own, born through years of studying voice and descriptive ability, focusing on saying more with less and developing an approach to storytelling that’s visual for readers.
Todd also works in the fields of mental health and alcoholism/addiction treatment and finds this work very rewarding.
In 2018, he re-married, and, of course, enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and their friends. He has few hobbies but has been an avid motorcyclist for most of his life, and rides one of his Harleys every day.
