Lance Lambert

Lance Lambert's automotive writing career began in 1995 when "Old Cars Weekly" published his article about '60s era car clubs in the Pacific NW. OCW published several additional articles, as did numerous other automotive publications. Lance was a columnist for the Journal Newspapers for 10 years and has been a staff columnist for Garage Style magazine since 2008. He has hosted and produced the internationally broadcast "Vintage Vehicle Show" since 1993, with over 460 episodes thus far being seen on television and computer screens worldwide.

Lance's first car, a 1949 Dodge acquired at the age of 14, was quickly sold for a profit. This started a bad habit of owning old cars that continues to this day. Over 40 rusty relics have leaked various liquids on Lance's garage floor for over 50 years, with today's culprits being a 1963 Studebaker Avanti, a 1964 VW, and a 1967 King Midget.

All of these old cars, along with Lance's old friends, have provided fodder for great stories about great times behind the wheel driving, or behind the car pushing. "Fenders, Fins & Friends: Confessions of a Car Guy" and "Gears, Grins & Gasoline: My Wheel Life Adventures" will fill your garage with the sounds of laughter.
