Edeana Malcolm

Edeana Malcolm's most recent novel is Tea at the Empress. It tells the story of Edith, a suffragist and flapper of the early twentieth century, living in Victoria where change comes slowly to women. As she strives to become more than a copy-girl on the Daily Colonist newspaper, she comes face-to-face with the secrets of her past. Edeana loves writing historical novels. The prequel to Tea at the Empress is House of Crows, where Victoria's early history is told from the point of view of three generations of women. Edeana has also published a series of four books based on the lives of her ancestors John and Susan Dean. and a novel, The Loyalist, based on another ancestor who fought in the American Revolution.
