Lisa Canfield

hi! i'm lisa canfield -- not lisa marie canfield. she's a) someone else, and, b) not married to my husband and sometimes writing partner joel canfield (but possibly married to joel d. canfield? google him. that guy is everywhere!). plus i think she uses capital letters.

i've ghostwritten a ton of books, many of which were best-sellers right here on amazon. but i wrote them as a ghostwriter, so, shhhhhh! those books include business books, biographies, biographies of business people (which i guess fit into both categories!) and some other stuff, like a guide to winning college scholarships and several books on marriage. i also work as a writing coach, helping people write their own books. you know, so i don't have to.

so...who the bleep are these canfields? we're from l.a. and the tv biz -- we used to have an agency where we created and produced tv and radio commercials for shows like FRIENDS, 24 and AMERICAN IDOL. and some shows you've never heard of, like ELIMIDATE and MARRIED BY AMERICA. we lived in new zealand, where we made a tv documentary about baseball, and miami beach, where we got a dog and great tans. now we live in new york city, because...well, i'm not exactly sure why. but we love it.
