Wendy Young

Wendy Young, LMSW, BCD, is the mom of three, an award-winning child and family therapist and an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Michigan State University’s School of Social Work and is the Clinical Director of Comprehensive Counseling & Consulting, LLC.

Wendy also consults to the Michigan Department of Community Health/Department of Education. She has expertise in trauma, anger and anxiety management for kids, grief and loss and behavioral disorders.

Her writing has appeared in magazines such as Parenting, Family Fun and Woman’s World. Her work has also been featured in several books.
