Jim Webster

The only thing Jim Webster likes to do more than eat is write about eating. Okay, that's kind of a lie -- he loves them both equally. When not at his job as a copy editor at the Washington Post, he can be found at farmers' markets, in the kitchen or crafting stories about the chefs and farmers who feed us all. He is the co-author of two New York Times best-selling cookbooks, and of the upcoming Casa Mono Cookbook (Oct. 2018). He has developed recipes for contests, and won twice, with dishes called "pig-wrapped, pig-stuffed pig" and "adovado + avocado." In his work at newspapers, he has been named the best headline writer in the country five times and has tested recipes for the Washington Post and cookbooks.
