Dr. Joshua P Eldridge

Dr. Joshua Eldridge began working with gymnasts in 2010 during a visit to his wife’s gym. One of the coaches asked if he could examine one of the injured gymnasts. With the help of Jenn Sonneveldt from Sky Valley Gymnastics and his wife Sara, the head coach at the gym, they developed a program for working with athletes directly in their gym. Dr. Eldridge now travels the country giving clinics on nutrition, increasing athlete performance, injury prevention, injury care, and landing technique.

He earned this post-doctoral certification in 2014 after passing an extensive written and practical exam, completing 300 post-doctoral education hours in sports medicine, over 200 on-field practical hours, and a published peer reviewed paper. This board certification is a further advancement from the Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician he earned in 2007 through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians.
