Amanda Hovseth

- I grew up in smalltown Nebraska with three younger siblings and parents who work hard to give us better lives than we probably deserve.

- I believe in a God who loves sinners but hates the sin and who died on the cross to rid us of the consequences of our sins.

- I intend to write books that are both exciting to read and have characters people can look up to. Life is hard, books should be both enjoyable and useful in shaping minds to better handle reality.

- According to the Meyers Briggs Personality profiler I am an INFP- the Idealist. I am perfectly fine with that and wouldn't have it any other way.

- I have two Associates Degrees: an Associates in Biblical Studies and an Associates of the Arts. I also studied Creative Writing at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

- I am currently a radio host at KCMI 97.1 FM in Western Nebraska and write for the Focus on Faith section of Nspire Today Magazine.
