Carl Stearns is owner and principal consultant at Civic Mind Media, a digitally integrated full service marketing firm in business since 1999. Carl has helped A/E professionals, small businesses, consultants, doctors, veterinarians, coaches, government agencies and experts develop offline – online integrated businesses establishing themselves as thought leaders in their industry.

As a digital technologist combined with marketing expertise; Carl possesses a skillset rare in the industry. This combination of expertise and experience enables him to develop and execute marketing applications that significantly increase lead generation, sales conversion and online reputation without unnecessarily increasing marketing budget.

Carl and his firm have created well over 500 web sites, software applications and online training courses. His most recent success was to assist two retired veterinarians to transform their in-person classroom vet tech training business into an online training program increasing their total annual revenue 5x to a half million dollars while working from home.

Originally from Massachusetts, Carl with his wife and two children live in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He loves the resort like community provided by Coeur d’Alene, the lakes and is an avid wakeboarder.
