William Armstrong

William has written books of prosepoetry. William's first, Crying Soul, is a volume of American Haiku, short poems detailing the author's interests, told with humor and insight. William's second book, Abyss In Remission, is a long (appx. 103 pages) prose poem detailing his difficult recovery following pancreatic cancer surgery. Although sometimes difficult to read, due to the subject matter, it is, nonetheless, an amazing account of strength and perseverance, and a return to a full, albeit altered, life. His future works include a volume of song lyrics, celebrating the completely positive and sadly tragic aspects of love.

William lives in Southern California. Although there isn't much that he enjoys, he finds fulfillment in reading (almost all genres), the playful fun and loyalty of cats (treasured for their vulnerability and need for protection), his family and friends (most of the time) and the hope that, if he doesn't search for her, the love of his life will come knocking (he's kind of picky). Read his work and you'll enjoy it on many levels.
