With over 25 years of diverse consulting and automation experience in Exchange and related technologies, I am a seasoned technical consultant and architect. My expertise is assisting organizations with Microsoft 365, primarily focusing on Exchange Online, on-premises (hybrid) environments, and Identity (Entra) solutions. I am passionate about automating project-related processes and administrative tasks using PowerShell, including Graph.

As an author of several Exchange books, such as "Pro Exchange Administration," and a contributing member of the "Office 365 for IT Pros" author team, my knowledge and insights are well-recognized in the industry. I also contribute to Practical365 and maintain a blog on eightwone dot com, sharing supporting scripts on GitHub.
