Stephanie Taylor

Stephanie Taylor is an artist, writer, photographer and curious traveler. A rare creative who's sustained a long and productive career solely as an artist, she uses materials in response to each site and location . From paint to words to cement and steel, Taylor has created murals, paintings and sculpture for collectors and Fortune 200's such as Disney and Hilton, all over the US and in Paris. She was also licensed with Disney's fine art program, and made paintings for Disney's upscale projects in Orlando and Paris. With a degree in history from UCLA, location informs her work. She wanders with a keen and perceptive eye. A 4th generation Californian, she was a freelance Op-Ed contributor to the Sacramento Bee with a series, "California Sketches" from 2011-2019. She explores contemporary California issues with essays and paintings. She co-authored "Water: More or Less," and designed and illustrated "Frankenstein: A Graphic Interpretation."
