J. Francis Watson

J. Francis Watson was born in New York City and raised both there and in suburban Philadelphia. He received his PhD and MPhil (in theological and religious studies -- history) from Drew University, his STM and MDiv from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia, and his BA (Philosophy major and European History minor) from Eastern College. He is a Lutheran clergyman, ecclesiastical archivist, and historian in New Jersey, as well as the Founder and the Co-Director of the Duffy's Cut Project.
