Lokesh Todi

Lokesh Todi (PMP, PSPO, Triple Masters), known as Lokiish, is the author of 39 Visual Mindframes to Think and Decide: For Executives, Leaders and Entrepreneurs.

"The clearest thinking often follows the deepest feeling. Numbers are only half the story."

This book was not written from a corner office. It was forged in a period of personal reinvention that reshaped how Lokesh sees decisions, patterns, and the human machinery underneath them all.

By day, Lokesh works at a rare intersection of project and product management, finance, data science, and strategy, having delivered over USD 10 million in measurable business value. But his background is what truly sets him apart.

He was trained in Indian Classical Vocal by Raza Ali Khan, grandson of the legendary Bade Ghulam Ali Khan of the Patiala gharana, a tradition where emotion and precision are inseparable. He learned storytelling as assistant editor on Mumbai Xpress, mentored directly by Kamal Haasan under his own production house. He studied branding under Alyque Padamsee, widely regarded as the Father of Modern Indian Advertising, and shaped his entrepreneurial thinking through Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad.

His work draws equally from spreadsheets and filmmaking, financial models and folk tales, machine learning and the warm, illogical texture of human behavior. He holds a BA in Comparative Literature as the foundation beneath three advanced degrees: an MBA in Finance, an MSc in Computer Science with a focus on AI and ML, and an MA in Film Studies.

He writes for the executive who quietly suspects there is more to great decisions than data alone. A traveler drawn to mountains and sea, he finds meaning in landscapes as readily as in analysis, and lives at the permanent, productive crossroads of the analytical and the intuitive.

He believes in grit, in purpose, and in the conviction that every detour, every difficulty, and every unexpected encounter happens for a reason.
