Marcello Tonelli

Tonelli is the founder of WorlDynamics, an organization that promotes sustainable development. For two decade he practiced as a Certified Management Consultant and as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, assisting companies in multiple industries with strategic planning/development, performance improvement, general management, and research commercialization.

With a PhD degree in Business Strategy from the Queensland University of Technology, Dr Tonelli has worked with the Australian Centre of Entrepreneurship Research (ACE) in the fields of Entrepreneurship, Social Innovation, Territorial Strategies, and Poverty Alleviation, generating growing academic interest.

As an author he has merged his academic rigour with managerial experience to write practical books for a business audience. 'Entrepreneurship at the Bottom of the Pyramid' won the Nautilus Award in 2017 as well as the Hollywood and Great Northwest book festivals in 2018. His latest volume, 'Strategic Management and the Circular Economy' has received positive reviews from sustainability experts all over the world and won a silver medal at the Axiom Book Awards in 2020.
