Andrea Pappas

Andrea Pappas is a Professor of Art History at Santa Clara University. She has published on American women in the visual arts, Mark Rothko, America Jewish art and identity, colonial American embroidery, and other topics. She loves art history not just for the art, but because it is profoundly interdisciplinary, touching all aspects of human life and history.
