Christopher Peacock

Christopher Peacock writes about what we inherit and what remains.

For more than a century, the people in his family ended their letters with the same four words: Yours while life remains. Some families pass down land. Some pass down money. He inherited the question hidden in those four words, and it runs under everything he writes.

He came to writing from two worlds. He built and sold a technology company at the intersection of water, climate, and finance, and he has spent as much of his life inside the old questions of meaning, memory, and inheritance. His work lives where those two worlds meet.

His first book, Damned If We Don't (2014), an award-winning anthology, gathered voices calling for a more resilient future. His memoir, Yours While Life Remains, follows in 2026, with a book forming on what an age of thinking machines asks of the human soul.
