Aaron S. Bunce

Aaron S. Bunce writes space opera in the Backyard Starship Universe with J.N. Chaney, including series like The First Peacemaker, Peacemaker Wars, and Flying Gas Can. Before the Peacemakers, there was dark fantasy and science fiction horror: The Winter of Swords, Wings of the Storm, and Godseye.

He's an award-winning author and a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University's English program, and has worked as a writer, editor, publisher and audiobook producer, which mostly means he's broken every part of this job at least once and hopefully learned something from the experience.

He lives in Iowa, bakes his own bread, smokes his own bacon, and has been looking for a portal to another world since he was a kid. He gave up on finding one and started building them instead.
