E. G. Power

E. G. Power was born in New Jersey to Austrian immigrant parents. She didn't learn how to speak English until she entered the first grade, and she had a heavy Austrian accent as a child. E. G. just retired from her position as a teacher of foreign languages and music at a private school for teenagers with Asperger's Syndrome. A former rehearsal pianist and chorus member in the New Jersey State Opera and in the Hudson Valley Opera Company, she continues to give piano/vocal recitals. She is known for her empathy, her candor and her offbeat sense of humor. As the widow of an international entrepreneur, she traveled widely. She and her current husband, an auto body mechanic, will move to Florida in January 2015. MOTH TO A FLAME: FORBIDDEN LOVE is her very first attempt at writing erotic fiction.
