David C. Craig

David is an author and speaker with forty years of Christian ministry experience which he brings to life in his books. David grew up in Iowa and in addition to serving as pastor for several Iowa churches he also taught school for a number of years, teaching in small districts where he taught every subject including Spanish, which he doesn't speak, and college prep English, which has helped prepare his writing career.

He and his wife Jacque live in Waterloo, Iowa. They have six children and fifteen grandchildren. In his free time he likes to read, garden, and visit his grandchildren. David has been writing since high school when he worked for the local weekly newspaper. He has a daily devotional blog at adoringgrace.blogspot.com which has been running for three years. He wrote a weekly column for several central Iowa newspapers before there was such a thing as the blogosphere. He wrote his first two novels by hand on copy paper while supervising students in study hall.
