Eugene Sadler-Smith

I'm Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Surrey Business School (University of Surrey, UK). I worked in industry for a major plc for the best part of a decade before I became an academic.

I'm an experienced author, speaker, researcher, university teacher and executive educator. I'm an internationally recognised authority in the areas of intuition (in decision-making, creativity and innovation), hubris (in leadership in business and politics) and learning and development in business organizations.

My work focuses on how people can create and add value in an increasingly uncertain, complex and dynamic world through developing behaviours that support decision-making, creativity, inventiveness, resilience and sustainability.

I've worked with private and public sector organizations nationally and internationally and spoken at major conferences for leaders, managers and researchers all over the world.
