Any and all claims to any of the literary works may result in charges of Copyright Infringement or Theft of Intellectual Property. These charges may result in fines of up to $250,000 per incident or property involved, along with damages and the individual/s may be subject to further charges which may result in serving jail time, along with paying restitution and all legal costs.
