April Blanchard

I'm a nurse, tutor, and organic market gardener, so far north I'm almost in Canada. I grew up in the Central Adirondacks and lived at a boys camp year round. I had to go to school, to town, anywhere by boat or air-sled. Traveling on the ice was an adventure. Much of my life was an adventure. I mostly write for kids, but I am working on an adult novel right now.
