Andrea Lynn Gates

Andrea Gates "affectionately known as Lynn", is the Founder of God's Daughters, a 501c3 non-profit organization, Andrea Gates Ministries, and The Purpose Church located in Pleasant Grove, AL in which she founded along with her late husband, Elder Anthony Gates. Andrea has a calling on her life to push others into Destiny, therefore adopting the mantra of "DESTINY PUSHER". It is her passion to see others walk out their God-ordained purpose in the earth with the intent of dying empty.

Andrea is an author, teacher, revelatory preacher, and Pastor. Her ministry has transcended beyond the states and has created an avenue for her to launch "Operation Lift Kenya (OLC)". Through OLC Andrea along with her ministry partners, have adopted two schools: Ragumo Primary School. and Nanga Baptist Nursery School that serves preschoolers who are HIV positive. Andrea has instituted a year-round feeding program, and has brought technology to Calvary Baptist Church in Kisumu, Kenya. Through this technology partnership, teaching and empowering the women of Kisumu has continued to be made possible through monthly sessions via live stream.

Andrea holds a BA in Mass Communications from The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), and a Master of Arts, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from The University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa (UA). Andrea is the mother of two adult sons: Chris, and her bonus son, AJ.
