Dianne Lynn Dougharty

Dianne Dougharty has been married to her high school sweetheart for over forty years. She is the mother of two daughters and Mimi to seven grandchildren. Dianne graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a degree in Elementary Education. For twenty years, she has led women’s Bible studies, spoken at conferences, authored curriculum and contributed written work to the Missional Motherhood and My Corner Chair blog. She has faithfully served beside her husband in full-time vocational ministry.

Dianne has a desire to see older women fulfill the mandate given them in Titus 2:3-4, “These older women must train the younger women to love their husbands and their children, to live wisely and be pure, to work in their homes, to do good, and to be submissive to their husbands. Then they will not bring shame to the word of God.” Her heart is for young women to become seekers of Christ, students of God’s Word, and lovers of their home, husband, family and calling. She has a passion to see women live purposefully--making eternal investments in the lives of other women.

God led Dianne to develop the Secrets Savored Ministry, a fun hands-on approach to homemaking which meets in small groups and applies Biblical principles for living a godly life in an often God-less world.
