About the Authors

Their story began on the top of a mountain in Hawaii at sunrise. With the morning dawn, and a proposal for marriage, Scott and Heidi have been looking upwards ever since. Their CoupleCEO lifestyle is filled with their entrepreneurial efforts in real estate development and home building, as well as active engagement in community non-profit projects. Along the way, they have accumulated degrees, certifications, and licenses, such as MBA, MBTI-certified, licensed building contractor, and licensed real estate broker.

Their journey is similar to that of many entrepreneurs, experiencing the highs of real estate successes, the lows of housing crashes, the fears of financial failure, and the daily worries of every business owner. Through their experiences, and by utilizing the foundational strength of their relationship, they have been able to create profound impact in their entrepreneurial pursuits, their community, and in the lives of their family and friends.

They are passionate about sharing with others their strategies of balancing business profitability with a fulfilled relationship. They know that with the right perspective, a business and relationship can coexist and thrive. Scott and Heidi enjoy being a CoupleCEO. They live in Tampa, Florida where Scott was born and raised. They stay busy raising their three sons, Joshua, Seth and Adam. You can spot them on the weekends at soccer games or sailing the local waters. On Sundays they are gathered around the dining room table with their extended family, a tradition they are proud to have instilled in their family.
