Tonya Williamson has led Bible studies, women's groups, marriage groups, Fearbuster Study Groups, workshops, and children’s ministries. She has been a Steps to a Healthier You and Kids in the Kitchen workshop facilitator for University of Missouri (MU) Extension; a Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) workshop leader for the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services; a Power to End StrokeSM ambassador for the American Stroke Association®, a Division of American Heart Association®; a Kansas City Chronic Disease Coalition (KC-CDC) program manager; and a health educator for Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics’ PHIT Kids (Promoting Health In Teens and Kids) program. She holds a master’s degree in education from Avila University, a global credential of board certified biblical counselor through the International Board of Christian Counselors (IBCC), and completed an advanced ministerial certification through Victorious Life Bible Institute. She completed the training required to become a Board Certified Master Christian Life Coach through International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA). Tonya lives with her family in Kansas City, Missouri.
