Eddie Roy (1953 -) was born in Baltimore Maryland. When Eddie was 4 and his sister was 14, and his brother 16, his dad worked himself to death in a steel mill. Even in the late 50's Baltimore was a terrible place to raise teenagers. Eddie's mother moved them to the small town of Martinsburg, in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia to be near family.
Writing seemingly forever, from the legal pad and pencil days, then the hand-me-down manual typewriter, then a thrift-store electric, a loaner computer, and so on, and so forth.
Eddie Roy writes in a number of fiction genres: Horror in the novels 'Necromancer' and 'Blood Reich, 'political thriller 'Eyes Only,' the crime drama 'Crossbow Cay' His latest novel; the western 'Whiskey Twist, and the short story collections ' Odd Tales' and ' Comfortable Shorts'
