Paula Charlebois

over the past nineteen years Paula and her husband Richard have fostered over thirty children in Arizona. Of those they adopted thirteen and were guardians to two. Paula hopes that in sharing their journey, others may be encouraged to take a leap of faith and discover the joys of adoption and foster care. Paula co-chairs the LGBTQ portion of the fostering rights coalition in Arizona and has also written another book under the pen name of Jillene Black titled Raising and Sometimes Losing my Butterflies
