Karen M. Bruner

Karen Bruner is originally from Nassau, New Providence, Bahamas. She has recently published her first book. Although she has enjoyed penning her thoughts for personal reference for years. She is a wife and the mother of two young children, a son and daughter. She and her husband are active members in their church where Karen is part of the prayer team and has helped lead Bible study classes.

She enjoys hiking, reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Her favourite movies are old Westerns, especially ones that feature John Wayne. Her favourite television mini series is Ann of Green Gables. She has been married to her husband for 12 years and hope to write a book about the unique way that God arranged their marriage. She is presently writing her second book about how the journey to finally having their second child transformed her spiritual life.

She is an encourager at heart as you will see throughout her writings. Her love for the Lord is also quite evident in her writings and in person. She has a great love for people and a strong desire to see them physically and emotionally healed through the power of God's word.

Karen currently resides with her husband and their two children in the quaint, mid-western town of Mount Pleasant, Iowa.
