Gary Karp

Gary Karp. aka "That Tarot Guy", first became interested in all things esoteric and metaphysical at the age of 22 while recovering from a serious car accident. It was during this time he was introduced to some of the great teachers of our time - Dr.Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, Neville Goddard, Florence Scovel Shinn, Wallace Wattles, and Dr. Joseph Murphy.

One night, while visiting a college friend, he watched as the friend pulled colorful cards with strange images from a deck and answered people's questions. Gary was fascinated by the images and learned the deck was a tarot deck. He soon bought his first Tarot deck and his first Tarot book, 78 Degrees of Wisdom by Rachel Pollack, and started to learn.

Many years later, Gary met an old Greek Gypsy who told him he had a gift for the Tarot and that he should read professionally. Since then, Gary has read for private clients, events, bookstores, and at festivals throughout the Northeast. In 2014, he published two Amazon best-selling books (Clarity Is Power and Clear Visions) and has recently published several books that make learning tarot fun, easy, and exciting!

Gary holds the rank of Certified Tarot Master (CTM) from The Tarot Guild and is a Certified Life Coach (CLC) from the American University of NLP, as well as an Ordained ULC Minister.
