Samrat X

Samrat is an author and journalist from India. His books include The Braided River: A Journey Along the Brahmaputra, and The Urban Jungle, a novel which was nominated for the Man Asian Literary Prize. He has also, among other things, co-edited and contributed pieces for anthologies, authored a book chapter for an academic text published in the UK on the future of work, and published a paper in a Japanese journal on Covid in India. His other interests include the Partition of India, and the social impacts of technology and climate change.
