Alice Seale

Alice Seale is principal of Seale Realty Advisors, a firm dedicated to providing real estate, project leasing and development strategy to both retailers and shopping center developers across the country. Her clients have included jcpenney, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Lane Bryant, Anna’s Linens, Hancock Fabrics, Foot Locker, Stein Mart, Zale Corp, Erwin Distributing and Tuesday Morning. Seale founded Seale Realty Advisors in 2009, after a long and successful real estate career with companies including ING Clarion Realty Services, Trammell Crow, First Hartford Realty, and Blockbuster Video. She began her career with Eastman Kodak after earning her B.S. degree from the University of Mississippi.

Seale was instrumental in both the conceptual development and leasing of an open-air specialty retail hybrid center along the Texas- Mexico border, and has managed development and leasing for retailers located in specialty retail centers and in regional community centers. She has also managed real estate franchise transactions.

Seale has chaired the program planning committee for the International Council of Shopping Centers and asked to moderate retail panels at regional events. She is also founding chair of Smart Talk Smart Women, an annual luncheon and networking event for executives in retail commercial real estate nationwide. In addition, she is a frequent public speaker for real estate breakout sessions at trade shows.

Seale, a dedicated community volunteer, currently serves as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Her additional interests include golf, travel and entertaining.
