ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Byron Dantè Wade,

also known as "Bye" to his family and friends, was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from San Francisco State University. After college, he dedicated his life to working with children and families with severe emotional, developmental and academic needs. His passion for writing poetry, started as a coping skill, to help him deal with multiple deaths and the murder of his best friend (cousin). He kept a journal of his poems and eventually created "WORLDZ TO LIVE BYE", a compilation of 22 poems. He also, writes about love, pain, grief, racism and spiritual healing. In his personal life, he has three beautiful children, with his lovely wife.
