Reverend Tiffany Michele Williams is an ordained minister, empowerment speaker, writer and founder of The Esther Project. Through the Esther Project, she has traveled throughout the U.S. and abroad promoting the empowerment of women and girls, through a six-month personal empowerment challenge, weekly women’s empowerment teleconference and a leadership academy. She is also a singer, dancer and director of the Leadership Training Institute at the Upper Room Full Gospel Church in New Jersey, under the spiritual oversight of her parents, Pastors Bruce & Phyllis Williams. Through her ministry of empowerment, Tiffany Williams Ministries, Rev. Williams seeks to share the love and compassion of Christ to people everywhere. Rev. Williams is a frequent contributor on television and radio with several recent appearances to discuss her ministry. She resides in New Jersey and serves at the Upper Room Full Gospel Church.
