Kyle Walker

Kyle Walker is co-founder of Green Card Fund Regional Center and a managing partner of newGen Worldwide, an international real estate firm specializing in capital formation, development, holdings, and brokerage. He attended Arizona State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in business, urban planning, and sustainability. Kyle has raised more than $85 million for EB-5 real estate projects with a 100 percent success rate of I-526 approvals. He is also a member of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council's (GPEC) International Leadership Council and is a founding member of the China Arizona Center. Kyle also serves as chairman of the IIUSA membership committee.
