Tony Ojeda

Tony Ojeda has spent more than twenty years designing systems, automating processes, and building solutions with data, analytics, and code — the last twelve incorporating machine learning and NLP, and the last four working intensively with generative AI.

Tony has spent several years in consulting, helping Fortune 500 companies and government agencies work more intelligently and efficiently through system design, process automation, and training. His work has spanned retail, ecommerce, healthcare, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, and government — the same cross-industry perspective that shapes this book.

Tony is the co-author of Applied Text Analysis with Python (O'Reilly) and The Practical Data Science Cookbook (Packt). Collaborative AI draws on his experience building production systems where AI is one component among several, and where the architecture around the AI matters as much as the AI itself.
