Jane Ross Potter

Jane's first novel "Because it's There" (Bennett & Hastings Publishing, Seattle, WA) is a courtroom/climbing novel that was a finalist in the Indie Excellence Awards. "Sharkbait" is a novel that explores issues of climate change and the potential genetic and behavioral effects on sea life.

Her 2019 novel "Margaret's Mentor" is set in Maine, England, and Scotland over the Christmas season; the story reflects her interest in the life and works of Dr. Samuel Johnson, who serves as an inspiration to the characters.
