Terri Phillips moved to Portland, Oregon from the Sierra Nevada mountains of Northern California. She enjoys overcomplicated Lego sets, eating her weight in barbecue, and running from zombies. She joined the award-winning BehindtheFoodCarts.com team in 2012 and has gone on to co-author Food Truck Road Trip: A Cookbook.
