Katherine Longhi is an Inclusive Culture Consultant who helps HR Directors teach their company’s leadership DEI. She is the Founder and CEO of Limitless Possibility, a DEI consultancy that transforms organisations into inclusive workplaces. Katherine received her Master’s in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University and lives with her husband between Italy, London, and Florida.
