Bill Grady

I live at the Ananda residential community in Portland, Oregon. Doing the EST Training in 1972 and meeting and spending time with Swami Muktananda opened me up to whole new vistas of inner growth and empowered spiritual experiences. Spending time with Amma ("The Hugging Saint") and Swami Kriyananda brightened and enriched my spiritual journey.

I love the experience of spiritual family and consider my practice of daily meditation the nicest gift I ever gave myself. Three "life coaches" who have had enormous impact on my life are: Werner Erhard, Deepak Chopra, and Tony Robbins.
