Randolph Thomas Cuthbert, known to readers and family as Randy "Cutman" Cuthbert, is a Philadelphia-based author, U.S. Army veteran, and the founder of C Family Media. As the creator of the Story Time with Pop-Pop and Activity Time with Pop-Pop series, Randy crafts heart-centered, engaging children's books designed to champion early literacy, emotional resilience, and intergenerational family bonds.

Drawing from his life as a father of 13 and grandfather of 11, combined with his background in business and psychology studies at South University, Randy bridges structured life lessons with genuine warmth.
